This notice explains the information collected through this website's playbook and contact forms.

Information you provide

Playbook requests collect your name, company email, selected guide and submission time. Contact requests also collect your company name, company email and message. We record whether you choose the optional marketing consent and the wording you agreed to. Campaign labels in the page address, such as LinkedIn campaign tags, may be recorded with your request.

How we use it

We use the information to provide the requested guide, record enquiries and respond to requests. If you separately opt in, we may email you about Dexsovia services and resources. You can request to stop these communications at any time. Marketing consent is not required to download a guide.

Storage and access

Form records are stored in the website's hosted database. Access to the lead dashboard and export is restricted to the website owner. Website hosting and storage providers process information to operate this service. Contact enquiries and playbook request notifications are also sent to our inbox through Resend, which processes the submitted details for email delivery. This site does not offer your information for sale.

Download and abuse prevention

A successful request creates a download link that expires after one hour. The website uses a short-lived hash derived from a network address and the day to limit excessive submissions; these rate-limit records are removed when subsequent submissions occur after their 24-hour window. Infrastructure providers may maintain their own operating logs.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw marketing consent. We keep enquiry and consent records while needed for the request, an ongoing relationship or record-keeping obligations, and review retention when a deletion request is received.
